Bundled Services Offer Begins May 1, 2010

Enterprise Ireland is extending its traditional incubation offering with the opening of their new offices in Silicon Valley May 1, 2010.  New incubation clients would be offered the following bundled services to get them quickly networked into the market. While there will be some flexibility as to what services are rendered the core elements are illustrated below.

In addition to space at Enterprise Ireland’s new offices, conveniently located in the heart of Silicon Valley, EI clients may receive the following services:

• US Market Readiness/Business Etiquette: Learn the basics of doing business in the U.S. with a particular emphasis on Silicon Valley. This short program is delivered by the local Enterprise Ireland Marketing Executive.
• Market Research: Obtain a high-level snapshot of the market opportunity, test the market appetite for the product/service, and identify key buyers, partners and/or investors. This quick-start program occurs within the first month.
• Key Introductions/Lead Generation: Identify local targets and arrange relevant meetings within the first two months.
• Marketing Communications: Align the client with appropriate PR professionals who can help shape a relevant, compelling US brand presence. This offering may be available through our North American marketing communications program.
• Funding/VC Options: Identify funding requirements and tap the client into the local network of venture capital and angel investors.
• Staffing/Recruiting: Identify hiring needs and introduce the client to recruitment service firms; include in the Business Accelerator Program, if applicable.
• Administrative Services: Introduction to Legal, Banking & Accounting Services providers, as needed.
