As part of Stanford’s presidential lecture series, first woman president of Ireland (1990-1997) and former United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mary Robinson, will be visiting campus on April 12th, 2010. President Robinson will be delivering a paper entitled: “Human Rights Strategies in the 21st Century.” More information about President Robinson’s visit can be found here. I hope you will all make the time to attend this important event and forward this information to other people in the Bay Area who may be interested in attending.
